Support management on admin section.


In this admin section all support ticket entered by customers is listed. (mysupports.html)

Admin user is able

  • to reply a ticket.
  • open / close or delete a ticket.

Support management on front side


 Customer or front user is able

  • to open a ticket.
  • to reply a ticket.

Opening and replying a support ticket


  • Only logged customer or front user can open a ticket. (/mysupports.html)
  • after opening a new ticket admin user will be able to see alert on dashboard and support list in an order.
  • once a ticket is opened by customer, in the ticket detail both admin user and front user can reply each other.
  • closing the ticket is being done by admin user only.

 

 

 

Dashboard alert


Support alert under Dashboard Today section is just showng the number of ticket registered today.

Static Pages for support management on front side


 My Supports  (mysupports.html) : it is static page for listiing customer's support tickets.
